#405 - Outlook looses the license and needs to be reconfigured

Several of the users who have installed this pluging have experienced that the addon requires reconfiguration and adding of the license again and again. Why is this happening and how to avoid it?

    I have noticed this to be the case when either the Plugin or MS Office Outlook is updated.

    Under Windows 10 Office Click-to-Run installs generally get updated once a month requiring the credentials and key to be re-entered, some unscheduled security updates also clear the credentials and key.

      Have you sent the logs requested in #523? As a reminder, you can find the logging information under settings, information tab within the Outlook Plugin. Please set the logging level to DEBUG during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing ticket #523
