Hello, The outlook plugin on the pc of one of our users is not working anymore We are using office 365 running on win10 platform

We have tried to reinstall outlook and to disable and reenable the plugin. We have cleared cache and tried to recreate the outlook profile

The result is always a white page on the plugin side bar See attachment

Please let us know how to solve
