#620 - Error While Archiving

This plug-in still doesn't work after upgrade 3.07. I get an error every time I try to archive "There was an error while archiving" I am running PHP 5.4

    Look. I see you charged me for this the other day but it isn't working! Someone could at least reply to my message please!

    I have the same exact error. Those guys are not replying to me either. Additionally, I can't view the custom modules in the list that appears in settings. I posted a ticket more than a week a go. No answers

    Hi ben,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #620. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    I enabled logging from file\advanced\other but the temp file shows nothing after replicating the error. (No setting for debug)

    I also have the error level inside the plugin set to debug but I cant find where it's reporting too.

    I have upgraded to a VPS Server and to PHP7, I am getting a "500 Server Error" when I try to archive. I have run the Permissions Checker Script. Is there anything else I can check. Did you receive my logs?
