    Hi lesleykomatsu,

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1040. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    I have the same problem... after updating suitecrm to 7.10.2 from 7.9.12 the outlook plugin started giving me an error about authentication. Here is the log file (username and password removed)...

    Is there any update on this... we have several people who have purchased this plugin which is now useless... Some of them actually just purchased it on my recommendation and a week after getting it, it stopped working for them.

    Please confirm if this is still an issue with upgrading to the latest plugin 3.0.18 by re-opening a new case.
