#4144 - proxy settings in suiteCRM

We installed an on-premise instance of suiteCrm in our local intranet; due to strict security policies of our Company, servers in intranet area are not exposed to the web, and are secured behind a proxy/firewall. However, we set up the environment and enabled all the required ports to ensure external access to the server in which Suitecrm is installed in; we set up also the proxy settings in the administration area. We still cannot manage these issues: - External access to outlook365 imap email when configured in profile -> email settings - Validation of the license no. of Suitecrm official Outlook plugin, in administration;

It seems like proxy settings in SuiteCrm are not working. Can you provide us support to resolve that issue?

    HI, We are working on a new release which should resolve this issue. I don't have a firm timeline on it at present - keep an eye on the store page for new releases
