Follow the steps using SuiteCRM-Outlook-Plugin_4.0.1.
I have verified my instance and I added myself as a user in SuiteCRM.
In Outlook , when I click on the SuiteCRM add-in, I get error loading add-in.
I uninstalled and went through the steps a few times.

Hi there,
There are a number of possibilities as to why the plugin won't load.
Could you please confirm that you as a user can access your CRM on the machine that is having issues with the plugin not loading?
If you can log in to the CRM on the machine that is having the issues with the plugin then could you please make sure the JSON API is set up correctly using our documentation? https://docs.suitecrm.com/developer/api/developer-setup-guide/json-api/
To confirm the API is set up correctly, please check the following URL "https://your_crm_url.com/Api/access_token" and ensure the response in the browser reads "Method not allowed".
Finally, please try clearing your browser cache in Microsoft Edge as this can have an effect.
If you are still having trouble after all of these 3 steps then please let us know.
Regards, The Outlook Plugin Team.

I do not get "Method not allowed" in response to http://suitecrm.axel.local/Api/access_token. I get nothing. Tried in a Chrome, Firefox and Edge. All will open our SuiteCRM installation.

Hi there,
This will be down to your API not being set up or not being set up correctly. Please follow our guide on our documentation site here -> https://docs.suitecrm.com/developer/api/developer-setup-guide/json-api/
Once you have completed the API steps, please try that URL again "https://your_crm_url.com/Api/access_token" to ensure you have set it up correctly as you should get, in the browser, "Method not allowed".
