#4774 - The current user is not licensed. Please contact your administrator. ONLY in a specific Microsoft 365 mailbox

In Progress Bug? created by asc a year ago

We have been using the plugin for a good 2 years. For about 3 weeks we have had the problem that the Outlook plugin no longer connects. The licenses are still valid. The funny thing is that the plugin only stops connecting in a specific Microsoft 365 mailbox. With other mailboxes it works perfectly. (Same User-Settings) It reports that the user is not licensed and that you should contact the administrator. The "Reset Account" and "Logout" buttons both don't work. We tried the whole thing on several MacBooks. It's definitely because of that particular mailbox.

    Hi there,

Thank you for getting in touch regarding your licensing issue.

Could you please clarify if the user that is experiencing this issue has been added to the Users Subpanel on the Outlook Plugin Configuration panel within SuiteCRM?

Could you also clarify whether the "Reset Account" and "Logout" buttons do not work for just the User that is experiencing the licensing issue?

If you are able to could you please let us know if there are any errors in the SuiteCRM Log (You can find the log here - Admin->System Settings->View Log) and if you are using the web application of Outlook could you please let us know if there are any errors in the console? (You can find the console by pressing F12)

    Regards, The Outlook Plugin Team

    Hello,

the user is cleanly licensed and also appears in the subpanel. As already described, I can connect to the user cleanly, but unfortunately not with the required email mailbox. As soon as I want to use the plugin in the said mailbox, the above message appears permanently. I can't even get into the input mask to enter the user data into the plugin. Also the two buttons (see error description) do not react.

Logically, there is nothing in the log file, because it does not even try to establish a connection.

    Best, Erik
