#2204 - Login Issues with Version 3.0.20

Hi,

I have exactly the same problems as described in this link https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM-Outlook-Plugin/issues/101 Same error message same scrrenshots, can not test the plugin (30day trial, to buy afterwards). Please can you provide to me the version 3.0.21.25 to test the plugin features.

    Hi there, Apologies for the late reply,

    Please make sure you have upgraded to SuiteCRM Plugin version 3.0.22, this can be found in the purchases tab of your store profile.

    If you continue to experience the issue please continue with the below-debugging steps; Could you please try opening outlook and waiting for 30 seconds before accessing settings. After opening settings navigate to the Sync tab and change start-up delay to a 5 or so. (The value should be greater than 0)

    After such restart outlook and see if this issue continues. Please feedback to us the results.
