#1254 - how often does sync run

it seems to take about 5-10 minutes for contacts to sync from SuiteCRM to Outlook but almost instantly from Outlook to SuiteCRM. I assume that is normal? Is there a specific frequency that the sync runs at?

    Yes, In outlook there is an immediate call to CRM to sync upwards but on the SuiteCRM side it is actually Outlook that calls CRM at times if there are any changes - usually every 5 minutes. There is a request for a feature to configure this setting raised here.
