#1339 - Error: Failure while trying to authenticate to CRM

I've been using this add-on for over a year now. Nothing has changed, but now it's suddenly telling me it cannot authenticate. All fields are still filled in. Anyway I reconfigured and tested with this result: "Could not construct 'login' request". I've re-input the username and password, retyped the licence key .. no use. I even thought maybe the plugin had been updated to use a updated suitecrm, so I've updated my suitecrm with no result. I remember seeing a payment come out a few months ago for my subscription, so that's not the issue ... What's happening please???

    Hi grant, If this is still an issue you need resolved I would recommend making the following changes in your php.ini:

    change error_reporting E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_STRICT & ~E_DEPRECATED to error_reporting(0);

    If this fails to resolve your issue you can send us your outlook plugin debug logs (logs set at level DEBUG) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1339. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    Hi we have released a later version 3.0.18. We do support Office365 Outlook client subscription. But please let us know (or due to inactivity) if you still wish to cancel and we will do so but you are free to cancel this yourself via your SuiteCRM store account. Thanks
