We want to know how to overcome that problem: "Inability to install SuiteCRMAddin_3.0.22,0.msi " on MAC. The operation is possible on PC we do not open the file on MAC. Please,give us some advice.

    the msi version is only for windows and is the legacy version of the plugin that is no longer supported and no longer available.

    I would suggest you use version 4
