#676 - error SuitCRM

We noticed that an email from outlook was not archived into Suite CRM. I tried to do this manually through the plugin. The name and amail was found and when I tried to press on archive I received an error “there was an error while archiving” I also recopied the email address into SuiteCRM but still the same message. This means the emails are not saved in the CRM. I see other emails showing as being added to SuiteCRM. Can you advice?

    You have to admit, the helpdesk is not too fast in responding or solving

    Hi bleeker,

    This specific issue should be resolved in the next release. I'll send you a test build with increased logging just to make sure its the same issue.

      I can't provide an exact ETA but the next release should be very soon and will resolve this and other high priority issues.
