Good Day! I have just re enabled my installed Add In but got the error shown in the picture. Any Ideas? Also please help me on how to set up he add in to automatically archiving the emails that are coming to my inbox. suite.png

    Hi Mike,

    I will split this answer into two sections, the first regarding the error and the second regarding support for enabling Auto-Archive.

    Section 1: This is a known issue that occurs with what appears to be random emails being unachievable. Could you please confirm the following information regarding the email you are attempting to archive; Is there more than one "TO" address? Is there a "CC" or "CCB" address? Do any of the "TO", "CC" or "CCB" addresses appear as contacts within the CRM or Outlook? Is there an attachment, if so what file type and how large is it? Has the email been previously archived?

    With this information, I will attempt to replicate your issue. (Please note I do not require any specific information)

    Section 2: Automatic archive can be enabled simply by opening the settings dialogue and navigating to the Auto Archive tab. Here you have the option to Enable the setting "Archive Mail Received by your@emailaddress.com".

    This will enable Automatic archive for any mails arriving in your inbox.

      Hello team...thanks for your reply.

      Is there more than one "TO" address? No...only one address.

      Do any of the "TO", "CC" or "CCB" addresses appear as contacts within the CRM or Outlook? the email appears in CRM both as Account and Contact Email. When I press Archive, I choose only the Account tick box.

      Is there an attachment, if so what file type and how large is it? There are two attachments 87kb and 48kb. For the record the excel attachments has greek letters.

      Has the email been previously archived? No.

    Hi Mike,

    I would like to confirm if the attachments could be the issue here. If possible could you disable archive with attachments within the Outlook Plugin settings and attempt to archive (You don't have to full archive just ensure you get to the search screen)
