#5380 - Official Outlook Plugin currently does not work
In light of the recent Bug #5262, which I see you are working on, should there be a warning that this Plugin will not work at the moment. Or, please correct me if I am wrong.
I have just installed and configured the Plugin to demonstrate to a client how this would work. I immediately hit the issue. They are keen to see this installed and working.
Do you have a timeline to fix this. No, is an acceptable answer, in which case we will consider one of the other Outlook Plugin solutions. I know priorities change, if this is not a priority then please let us know.

Hi there,
The authentication issue is a core issue on later releases of SuiteCRM related to refresh tokens. We anticipate that the Core Product Team will provide a fix and release in the near future.

Thanks for the prompt update. Can you add some details to 'on later releases of SuiteCRM'? i.e. In which version of SuiteCRM did this token issue appear? Perhaps we can get by with an earlier version of 8 that does work. Would this be a sensible option?

It looks to be an issue within SuiteCRM 7.13.3 to the latest including Suite8 versions.

Any update on this issues or a timeline when this will be fixed - We have a customer wanting to purchase 15 seats but cant get the confirmation that this will work and therefore we are on hold.

This issue has been resolved in SuiteCRM release 7.14.5 and 8.6.2
