Hi Support,
I've sent the updated file to one of your team members on Skype.
Found another separate issue: The email that is sent out to Account/Contact/Leads that gets stored in the History sub-panel, that email doesn't include the PDF attachment in it. Please look into this issue.

Hi Support,
I've added some code in my utils file to display error and the error that I received was "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type()" in the file custom\modules\AOW_Actions\actions\actionSendEmailwithPDFTemplate.php
I've fixed this error and testing to see if the fix is working ok. I'll send you the updated file shortly. Comments are included in the code file to easily identify the changes I've made.

After debugging a bit further, I suspect the code might be breaking at the line:
$this->parse_pdftemplate($bean, $pdfTemp, $attachments);
in the file custom\modules\AOW_Actions\actions\actionSendEmailwithPDFTemplate.php
Does this module works only for sending Quotes, or sending ANY PDF document parsing Accounts/Contacts/Leads variables too?

Further details....
The workflow that was triggered shows an entry in Process Audit section with Status - Running. However, I do not receive the email with the attachment. Repeating the above process creates another entry in Process Audit section with Status as Running.

Thanks guys, since the purchase is refunded, I can't download the nersion. Could you please send the plugin files on Skype with temporary license key? Once I've tested that its working fine, please cancel the temporary licenses key and I'll repurchase new license key from the store.

Thanks for the response.
If processing the refund now and then repurchasing once the issues are fixed is easier to keep the account books sorted, then please do so.
Alternatively, I'm happy for the vendor to give it a go at fixing the issues and if that doesn't work, then to have the refund processed please.

Hi Team,
As you have sent me a separate email that you would be fixing the issue once you are back to work from 1st September, I'd keep my purchase for now. However, since the purchase is going to be more than 30 days old by the time you return to work, in case the fix can't be fixed, I'll be entitled for a full refund even after the 30 days period expires.
SuiteCRM Store Team, please take note regarding refund after 30 days period, as communicated to the vendor.

Hi Team,
I've fixed this issue myself. The only issue now I'm facing is that when I receive emails from the workflows, the PDF attachments for Accounts are not parsing the variables. Its shows blank where the variables exist.

Looking at our logs, its showing an error for
Query Failed:INSERT INTO config (value, category, name) VALUES (N'very long string',N'SugarOutfitters', N'workflow-emails-with-pdftemplates-attachment')::: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]String or binary data would be truncated. [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The statement has been terminated.
Please let me know if you’d be able to fix the issue with the plugin or shall I proceed with cancelling the purchase and request for refund from the store.

Thanks. The current functionality allows for auto archiving of emails to selected Accounts i.e. for each account we would need to setup the auto archiving rule. Given we have 11,000 accounts, it won't be feasible to do this for each of them.
Is it possible for the system to have default auto archiving of emails to all the Accounts where there is matching email address exist in the CRM?
We do not want to sync Accounts/Contacts/Leads between Outlook and CRM. All our Account/Lead/Contact creation/update/delete happens in CRM and we would like to keep it that way.
All we would like is that:
Calls/Meetings/Tasks in CRM to sync (both ways) with Outlook calendar
Any email sent or received in Outlook gets automatically archived to matching Account, Lead and Contact in CRM. To take an extreme example, in case same email address exist for an account, a lead and a contact, then the incoming or outgoing emails to that email address would be attached to all the three records in CRM and show up in their "History" panel. However, if its only possible to attach it to one record, then the order of preference would be to attach it to Account first, and if no matching Account found then to attach it to matching Lead and if no matching Lead found, then to attach it to matching Contact.
I'm currently evaluating the plugin for ~100 users of CRM in our organisation.
If you could please get back to me about how much of our requirements the plugin would be able to achieve, that would be really great.

Hi team,
Please advise if auto archiving of emails to Accounts profile is a new feature request or existing feature but not working for me...
I've raised this several times in emails to SalesAgility support and here too. Simple one line answer to my question would be greatly appreciated.
