#1566 - Outlook 2010 on Citrix

Team,

I have downloaded and tested SuitCRM Outlook plugin for Outlook 2016. I have used the same licensing (1 user 30-days trial key) to install on Outlook 2010 on Citrix where each session asks to validate licensing key. Is it because I have used only one license ? Please assist.

    I have now increased the licensing up to 5 users and testing on Citrix. But still the licensing goesn't get accepted. Please assist.

    If you are using a different CRM user with the same key then yes that would not accept the license key. However there has been tickets raised that the settings are not being stored correctly (perhaps due to permissions) and are being re-asked upon opening the Outlook instance.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
