#4410 - error attaching documents

Hello, I have a problem with the documents that I attach from Outlook mail to Suite CRM. When I file an email from Outlook to an opportunity or account in Suite CRM, sometimes not all the documents found in the email are attached to the CRM. I am looking forward to your response, Thank you

    Thank you for this bug report. To help us replicate this issue, please provide further information such as steps we can take to reproduce the problem you describe. Also are any errors displayed in the SuiteCRM or webserver log files?

    When I go into Outlook and select an email to archive it in a Suite CRM module (for example opportunities), sometimes the documents attached to the email are not attached to the Suite CRM opportunity. Are there any document size limitations? or any other limitation to archive documents from emails in some module? Thank you.

    There are no size limits imposed by the outlook plugin.

    You have indicated sometimes the documents are not attached, could you provide further details on when this occurs. Are the attachments all of the same type, or above a certain size? Are there any error logs in either your php or suitecrm.log files which occur at the same time as the failed archive attempt?

    Hi there,

    We have tested this issue with the latest version of the Outlook Plugin and this only fails when you have a document with no file extension on the end, this is how the SuiteCRM is designed.

    We will close this case as we believe this is no longer an issue.
