Could you please tell me how to resolve this "Unknown error" that shows after I've entered my credentials in the Authentication panel and clicking "Submit"?

    Hi,

    Could you please clarify that you have the API set up correctly on your CRM and you have set the correct permissions on your Private and Public Key?
