Hi, when we add a smiley :-) in the email we got tis error. If we removed the smiley it was ok Is this anything you know of? enter link description here

    Is it possible if we could ask you to send your DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) during replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #536. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    I'm wondering whether this is a UTF-8 problem? What happens when you archive an email with a thorn (Þ) or eth (Ð) character?
