In the case #448 it says you are waiting for some logs. Did you get this from the other client? Does this mean that you actually dont have any customer using this add on to sync calendars to Outlook?

Hi Olaf we had to leave the plugin since we never got it working the way we wanted unfortunately. I hope in future there could be some support that would assist remotely, at least as a paid option. It would have helped a lot

Hi, I have tried everything as far as I know, but still the log says "AppointmentSyncing.SynchroniseAll not synchronising Meetings because export access is denied" I made a role and and set all access to "All". I added my user to this role. What more can I do? PS: I am working with the admin user to test this, not sure if that can cause any issue?

Regarding my second question above, you reply that you recommend to provide licenses to users that have the most assigned to contact that require the plugin. I didnt quite understand this reply. In my SuiteCRM we have 20+ users. But only 13 of those should use a license with the Outlook intgeration. Where exactly do I choose which of the 20+ users who will get a license?
