Hi Dwight, It might be a problem related to the TLS version of the host not being correct. The URL of the SuiteCRM instance is: https://preservationtreatmentscrm.rakata.co.uk We have run the URL through the ssllabs.com link and it gives it an A grade confirming TLS 1.3 is supported. Further, we have run the tests on https://www.cdn77.com/tls-test and this confirms both TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 are supported protocols. Could you please check out the URL above where SuiteCRM is installed and let us have specific details of what you believe needs resolving?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I have taken a look further and we can see we still have an issue. I have sent a link to an image which might shed some light on it. The number of invoices ties up at 100. However, as an example, we can see that 10663 is not in the DB at all.
Could it be that the status is because it is Invoice is set to Invoice Awaiting Payment?

Hi,
thanks for the reply. With reagard to the install I simply unistalled it, repaired Outlook, rebooted and the reinstalled. I have no idea which one worked or if that that combination worked but after trial and error I got it working.
With regard to the calender. The meetings do seem to be in there see screenshot - if the meetings are in the there any ideas why they are not showing up in the calendar? The calendar view is all important!

I have got the plugin to install but am still having trouble getting the calendar to sync. I have provided an image of the outlook calander which is heavily poulated.
The suiteCRM calander is here:
The log file is below. Can you please let me know why the calandar sync is not working?

Hi,
I am still having real trouble with this plugin. The plugin is installed (if I try to reinstall it and asks to remove or modify) however I cannot see it in add ons. I have also upgraded to Outlook 2013 and this has not fixed the problem. I have unstailled Outlook and reinstalled it and well as doing this with the plugin. This is really frustrating - what do you suggest I do to fix this?
The image below is a screenshot of the add-ins plugin. There are no disabled add-ons. I am at a loss why this doesn't work as you describe. It is a standard Outlook 2013 installation with the plugin installed. Please help ASAP?

Hi AppJetty team. Just to say we love the portal and it meets our exact needs. We are big Joomla/WordPress users and this works great. You get the stability and extensibility of Joomla/WordPress and the Portal sits nicely on top of it. The skin provided is excellent and once logged in the usability is what the customer wants and would expect. The integration with SuiteCRM is great and 2 clicks to automatically send the customer a link to the Portal with all login details. We also needed some customization to pull information from a custom module and the AppJetty team did this for a very reasonable price and it worked well.
