Hi

I managed to install and athenticate the add-in in Outlook, however, when i search for a Case, Contact or Account in the Archive panel I get an error message

Can you help please?

    Hi there,

    What happens when you press search with a blank search field? You mention specific modules, does it only happen on these modules? What happens if you search for a less specific name? Have you ever managed to archive before encountering these issues?

    I have never managed to archive any email using Version 4

    Hi there, Could you please confirm the following details for me; PHP version: SuiteCRM version: Are you using Apache/Nginx/IIS? Which OS are you using?

    Further to this, could you try a less specific search term, i.e instead of "Deleting an order", try "deleting"?

    Generally, an unknown error is an error encountered by the Suite System (Not plugin) that the plugin doesn't understand, Do you have any errors in the suitecrm.log file found in the root of your instance? Another good way to investigate this if using outlook live (Online web-based outlook) further would be to open the inspect panel (By right-clicking) and check for any errors in the console or network tabs. If you have any issues with this I can go into more detail.

    I am using Outlook from the company Office 365 Business account and not the Online web-based outlook. Version 3 worked using this version.

    Hi There

    I have just found out that, we are using Apache not Nginx

    Also, the

    GET /Api/V8/custom/sa_outlook/search?modules=Cases&name=data HTTP/1.1" 500 4199

    line from the logs we sent you should presumably have folders called custom and sa_outlook, but they don't exist on the server

    /Api/V8# ls

    BeanDecorator Config Controller Factory Helper JsonApi Middleware OAuth2 Param Service

    The locations we've found the addin on our server are

    find . -name SA_Outlook /custom/include/SA_Outlook /public/plugins/SA_Outlook
