it's giving different error messages - sometime no licenses available and sometime it not showing anything. plug in works with another user perfectly except Auto Archiving

In order to use the Auto Archive Functionality functionality you will need a Microsoft Azure Account, this is stated in the introduction on the docs page. You will need these settings for the plugin to work correctly and to its full capacity.
