#5048 - Validating License key

We had a good validation when I first installed it 20 August, version 4.0.2. In September, the license key started to go blank, disappear, I would have to reenter it, revalidate, and Outlook plug-in would work fine again for a day or two. This went on for several weeks, needing to reenter the key and validate. To fix this, I read I should update to 4.0.3 and that would fix the problem. Since the update, I could not validate the license no matter what I did. Yesterday, I tried to uninstall 4.0.3 and reinstall 4.0.2, knowing that that one worked but had to reenter the key all the time. Did not work. We have had no changes to our server or firewall.

Help!
