#5891 - New licenses not working

Hi,

We purchased 1 licence for the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin and installed it without any issues. We then upgraded the licence to 3 users in total. However, when a colleague attempts to use the plugin, they receive the following error: "The current user is not licensed. Please contact your administrator."

We have already tried the following steps without success: - Re-validated and saved the licence key via Admin → SuiteCRM Outlook Add-in - Ran a Quick Repair and Rebuild

Could you please advise on what steps are needed to activate the additional users?

Our SuiteCRM version is 8.9.1

    Hi,

    Is the user in question set up as a licensed user in the Adminstration section of SuiteCRM?

    Here is the documentation regarding licensed user set up, they may need to log in to the plugin again after the user has been added:
