Hi we were on 4.0.2 but kept getting license error and the Outlook Plugin License Key kept disappearing. So i updated to 4.0.3 and now i get the above message in Outlook. I can't seem to get a validation when Validating the license key. keep in mind the 4.0.2 was working, its just that the license key would go out now and then.

We reset our file permissions and ownerships on our server. But I still can't Validate my Outlook Plugin License Key. It does not come back with a message of any kind, good or bad.
