#5683 - Attachments are not archived in Outlook Windows 11 Classic Client but work well from Outlook Web.
In Outlook Client, I never get the green popup and the archiving process never end (Archive button stays greyed)
I recorded the logs in Debug mode in both cases. There is no "INSERT INTO notes" in the Outlook Client logs. I can share the logs by email if necessary.

Are you able to access the debug logs from the Outlook Classic Client rather than SuiteCRM?

I can share the network logs both in Outlook Classic client (using Edge DevTools) and the same in OutlookWeb by email in har format. Would that help?

We've noticed that the problem seems to only occur on digitally signed emails using a S/MIME certificate.
