#5319 - Sync not working
I installed the plugin on CRM version 8.5.1. It connects to Outlook, but I'm unable to sync. From Outlook, I'm able to authenticate using ID, password, OAuth ID and secret. The search screen comes up with searchable modules, but if I try to search for anything, I get this "Error! An authentication error occurred, please log in again" Error message image attached

Hi there,
We're aware of a known bug where the token doesn't refresh properly. Currently, the workaround is to log out and then log back in again, which should allow you to use the plugin for a period before encountering the error again.
Our team is actively working on a Bug Fix release to address this issue along with several others affecting the plugin. We'll keep you posted on this ticket once the release is ready for public download.

This issue has been resolved in SuiteCRM release 7.14.5 and 8.6.2
