i want to sync my outlook with all contacts in the CRM, not just the ones i created. Only "my" contacts are synced at the moment and i cant seem to find where to extend that to all contacts.

    Hi feuler,

    Currently for SuiteCRM to sync all contacts to your Outlook they must be assigned to your user and must have the ‘Sync to Outlook’ check box selected. There has been a feature request raised for contact sync without assigning to a user in case #297.

    hm, unfortunate. it probably means i have to go for some ldap database attached to my suitecrm and connect that to outlook then. almost rendering your outlook add-in superfluous. is there a timeline for the feature request?

    Feuler, Did you get your alternative solution working? I also need this feature and maybe forced to use a different CRM if I can't find a solution. :(
