#3952 - Unable to install V4 SuiteCRM plugin - No Valid key + an unknown error has occured,......
When setting up the plugin on the server Step 5 in installation guide - when typing in license , and clicking Validate - nothing happens When selecting a user - error message "No valid key found" is shown
If I download the Manifest.xml and continue.. When setting up the user trough Outlook.office.com - the setup reports "An unknown error has occurred, please check input and try again"
I really need help with this !

I get this same issue. Trying to use the trial to see if the purchase is worth it, so far no luck.

In the suitecrm.log file I see "SuiteStoreAPI call(): HTTP Request failed: Array". I'm checking with my IT team to see if we're blocking the connection. I'll report back on my findings.

Something is wrong with SuiteCRM code that calls this store API. I can hit that URL directly on the same web server and I get a validated = true response back, but if I press the Validate button in the SuiteCRM UI I see a failed response.

It is, but we changed to another plugin vendor, and 'fixed' the problem that way.
