#1174 - error in firts open

    Hi jnunez,

    The first error is a known issue when using http as opposed to https. If you change the URL to your CRM to use https in the outlook plugin settings window this should be resolved. If not, could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1174. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.

    Hi jnunez,

    I sent you an email with a potential solution but I think you might have missed it so i'll post it here as well.

    "I would recommend making the following changes in your php.ini:

    change error_reporting E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_STRICT & ~E_DEPRECATED to error_reporting(0);"

    please let us know if this resolves the issue for you and if not can we ask you to send in your Outlook logs at level "DEBUG" and we can investigate further, thanks.

      I tryed enabling https but I get a new error: "COULD noT construct 'login' request

    Any solution? I can add a demo user to suitecrm admin to add a test outlookpluging and check if the developer cad enable it. The installation is a new installation on a hosting with default config, only change de language and the charset to Spanish.

      Can you please send us your DEBUG logs to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com and reference this ticket number so we can troubleshoot the issue further.
