#297 - Contacts must be assigned to your user
The Installation and Setup doc says:
"For SuiteCRM to sync all contacts to your Outlook they must be assigned to your user and must have the ‘Sync to Outlook’ check box selected."
WHY must Contacts be assigned to your user???
'Sync to Outlook’ check box selected' is perfect and meets reality. This check box is user specific, it is a great feature. Every user can select whom to sync.
'assigned to your user' is far away from a realistic scenario. A Contact is one single person. Several SuiteCRM users may have a relation with this same contact and should be able to sync this specific contact. Only ONE single SuiteCRM user is the assigned user.
For us, with this restriction, the Outlook Plugin is unusable.
Could you please provide a solution.
