#3105 - Getting plug in v4 to work on my system

Hi. Looking forward to trying out V4 but I cannot get it to work for some reason and am stuck. Im pretty sure I have covered everything in the install instructions. But I must have missed something or there is something odd with my install.

When I enable to plug in in OWA (Office365 Premium), I get "Add-in error Something went wrong and we couldnt start this add-in. Please try again later or contact your system administrator" When I enable to add-in on my desktop client (outlook Version 2008 Build 13127.20408) "ADD-IN ERROR A problem occured while tryign to reach this add-in

Suite CRM is Version 7.11.10 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

    Hi there,

    Apologies for the wait time on this response, if this is still and issue could you confirm if your setup has a valid SSL certificate as the plugin requires a HTTPS connection and is know to throw similar errors in such cases.

      Hi, no problems about the delay. The certificate is valid through to 15/12/20

    Hi there,

    Could you take a screenshot of the error please? Could you also confirm which step of the installation guide this error is occurring? I.e during the instation of the custom manifest.xml file or while pressing the authentication button on the Plugins menu, etc.
