#4905 - Problem with user assignment

We have been using their plugin for quite some time with 2 users. Both are licensed and use the plugin with their own credentials. The problem is that all emails that are transferred via the plugin from Outlook to CRM always end up with only one of the two users linked as the sender. User A transfers one email and User B transfers another email. In the CRM, both emails have user A as the processor.

We need a solution here, because this way we can not acquire more licenses / users.

    After investigation, we have found this is a bug. We have added this to our bug list and this will be fixed in a future release.
