There is no menu with the described functionality anymore and the MS documentation is different to yours: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/use-add-ins-in-outlook-for-windows-1ee261f9-49bf-4ba6-b3e2-2ba7bcab64c8
Can you please update your documentation accordingly?
Futhermore there is no information about installing the plugin in the "New Outlook", can you also please add a section that describe how to install the plugin in this new app?
