  1. SuiteCRM Version, Suite crm version web based??
  2. SUiteCRM Outlook plugin version, Suite CRM outlook add0-inn version 3.0.9.9
  3. When did this issue start happening? (which version of the plugin), after update Office 365 to 64 bits
  4. Are you using TLS 1.1 or later version?, no idea
  5. Do you have any PHP errors on your SuiteCRM's server? Only error which I have provided, Unable ro connect to Suite CRM, Could not construct login request

my other collegueas have no probleems

    Hey @bleeker.

    We have stopped supporting that version (3.0.9.9) you can download the latest which is (3.0.18.0.msi) via your store account. Can you have a try out with that version? Let us know how you get on.

      You can download the msi by logging into your store account and accessing your purchases. This should be show you how to download the msi and execute it (usally by double clicking)). Hope this helps.

      I already downloaded it through the store but when doublicking it in the file downloads it finaly gives me a message Suite CRM addin setup wizzard ended prematurely

      Ahh yes thanks.

      Have you got administrative permissions. This add on gets installed within the window's program files so it would need to have that. Are you able to right click the MSI and click 'Run as Administrator'

      As far as I am aware I also operate as administrator. However if I rightclick i do not have this option Run as Administrator

    Hi we sent you a update. via email (just copying it into here).

    Have you uninstalled the previous installation perhaps? Go to 'Add & Remove Programs' Settings and Search for a SuiteCRM Add-in. If you still have it 'technically' installed then please remove it and try again.

    Also if this helps below.

    == STEP 1 - Allowing the plugin == On your PC, navigate to "Start Menu" and search for an application called "regedit" or "Registry Editor" and open it, When loaded navigate down the following path; HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Outlook > Resiliency > Disabled Items Within "DisabledItems" remove all registries other than the (Default) by single clicking each one or group highlighting them (By dragging or Ctrl+Clicking) and hitting delete and confirming by hitting "Yes". At this point please restart or open outlook, If the SuiteCRM tab does appear on the nav bar please skip to the 3rd and last step, otherwise please continue with step 2.

    == Step 2 - Enabling the Plugin== Navigate to File > Options > Add-ins At the bottom of the page ensure "COM Add-ins" is selected and hit GO Find "SuiteCRM Outlook Addin and tick the box next to it. Hit OK You should see SuiteCRM at the top of the page If for whatever reason this is the case please get back in contact with us by raising a case or update your existing case on the store and send a message containing your logs set to debug to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com quoting your case number where we can help you troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing
