#1009 - Unable to get this to work

Attempting to follow your guide. Not making any progress. Installed plugin in Outlook 2016. Now what? I went to studio for contacts as per your video - all I got was an 'undefined error'. Also absolutely no idea how to get the calendar to sync. The directions are confusing at best.

So before I uninstall and cancel my purchase - can someone help me to get this to actually work?

    I have contacts in SuiteCRM - set to synchronise - doesn't work. I have calendar items in SuiteCRm - nothing showing in Outlook. Outlook plugin is installed and set to sync both ways - nothing.

    Hi there, At what point did you get the 'undefined error' on the SuiteCRM side?

    Regards to the synchronisation not working it would be good if we can run through the steps and see if there is a missing step that isn't in the installation guide.

      Undefined occurs when creating or editing fields - it pops up on save every time.

      Outlook plugin - I have installed the plugin - set it to sync both ways. Set contacts in CRM to sync to Outlook. Tried setting up tasks in Calendar - there is no syncing going on - period.

      Hi Mike4,

      I would recommend sending those log files directly to the outlook@salesagility.com email address as it contains senstive data. I would also ask if you can change your debugging logging to DEBUG as that provides us with more information.
