The Load Behaviour is "Unloaded" , as can be seen in our first screenshot above.

I have already mentioned in the last message.
Step 3 I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin in a new directory. The issue remains.

Step 1 There is DisabledItems
Step 2 This is what I always do after starting Outlook. But it will not show up again after Outlook is closed and restarted.
Step 3 I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin in a new directory. The issue remains.
The log will be sent shortly. However, there is no message shown after starting Outlook. The messages that I am going to send over are shown only after the plugin is enabled in Step 2

There is no message in the debug log. However, I discover that if you "Send and Archive" to recipient and the message is opened in non-Microsoft email client e.g. Thunderbird, gmail.com, the message will be shown in plain text and with a winmail.dat file attached.

The requested log is sent. I first came across this issue when using the plugin version 3.0.5
By the way, why didn't I receive a notification email about your reply on this case? I don't see it in the spam/junk folder too.

I am using 3.0.5. After clicking Send and Archive, the email is sent immediately. Isn't it supposed to show a window for me to search a record in SuiteCRM first?
