Hi, Im happy with your resposne. I was worried no one would care..I have put the log level on debug now. We have a lot of problems with this. The plug in is often stopped by outlook en and it is really hard to activate it again, with the above mentioned problem as one of the results. Our crm http://crm.picasse.com can only be accessed trhough a VPN. We are ofcourse all on the VPN, but still it might be related.
