#5557 - New install of plugin into Outlook 2019 not working

After adding the plugin to a new workstation, via plugin manager. when attempting to use the plugin, the window is completely blank. I am unable to get to where I can enter the authentication information. The Manifest.xml information is correct and works on my workstation, just not this one.

    Good afternoon,

    Does that workstation have direct access to your CRM? The plugin window content is loaded from your CRM server so network or connectivity issues would cause this type of issue.

    To test please ensure you can access your CRM via a web browser on the same workstation.

    And to be clear, the plugin is installed on Windows 11, Outlook 2019 with an on-premise Exchange 2016 server. The plugin shows in the menu bar, but when clicking on it, the window appears, the loading icon appears for a split second, then disappears, leaving a blank window that never changes.

    I have version 4.2.1 of the SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin loaded, and we are on version 8.5.1 of the SuiteCRM product.

      Please try enabling outlook with developer tools enabled, the command for this should be "olk.exe --devtools" This should display a developer console with further error information.

      This does not work on the workstation. that command is not for Outlook 2019.

    was able to get a debug window for the plugin through Outlook. Here is the output it provided.

    Any update on this. I believe Outlook is x64 bit on the workstation that isn't working.
