Hi,
We could not find in the registry the folloiwng key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Outlook > Resiliency > DisabledItems
Have managed to fix the problem by first loading 3.0.18.0, then removing 3.0.18.0 and then loading 3.0.20.0.
Not sure why this worked though?

Hi,
We are trying with both 3.0.18.0 and 3.0.20.0 and have similar issues with both versions.
Do you have any details on how we can completely remove the plugin from the new computer and re-install?
Are there any registry entries we need to remove?
Thanks.

Hi, It looks like the error by paulcolton is different to my error. Paul, can you please create a new case.
I am still having issues with accepting meeting requests. Is anyone able to accept meeting requests in Outlook when this plugin is active please?
Outlook does not stop responding when I select Decline, however does stop responding when I press accept or tentative.
Cannot use this plugin in our production environment if we cannot accept meeting requests in Outlook - major problem.
Thanks.

Hi, 1. Yes, the plugin is still visible in the Outlook Ribbon. 2. On re-install, the settings button is still not responding. 3. My user is not in the office today so will try to reinstall into a new directory, and if this fails, will send the DEBUG logs in the next few days.
Thanks for your help.

Hello SuiteCRM, I am keen to try your version 3.0.17 as 3.0.11 is not usable. When do you expect to complete your testing please? Cheers, Joe

Has anyone successfully used 3.0.17 as 3.0.11 does not work on Outlook due to outlook slow down when Add In is enabled.

Hello,
I have the same issue. Based on feedback in the support pages, it appears this plug in is not compatible with Outlook.
Will it be fixed anytime soon or I will request a refund of my substription?
Thanks

Hello,
Further to this email, it appears activities in SuiteCRM are syncing as Tasks into Outlook. I currently have 30,000 tasks in Outllook. When I delete them from Outlook, they reappear.
I cannot find any settings in the SuiteCRM Plug-in to sync activities or tasks so not sure how to disable this.
Thanks
