#1788 - SuiteCRM Addin Settings not launching
Hello all,
Recently upgraded to 3.0.18.0 and working well. Thanks for fixing the add-in.
I do have a user who was trying to archive an email using the add-in, and his computer stopped responding. He Contol-Alt-Delete and relaunched Outlook. The add-in now does not allow him to archive and when you click settings for the Add-in, there is no response.
Have removed and reinstalled the add-in and no luck.
Are there any registry settings we need to remove in order to completely remove the add-in and re-install please?
Thanks.

Hi there,
For this user can they still see the SuiteCRM plugin within Outlook? When you say re-installed and no luck, do you mean no luck getting it re-installed or opening the settings again? Usually simply changing the name of the installing folder is enough to get it re-installed again e.g. SuiteCRMOutlookAddin2
Is it possible to send over to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com that user's debug logs? Once you get it re-installed ensure the debug logs are set to DEBUG as that contains more information to help troubleshoot.
Thanks

Hi, 1. Yes, the plugin is still visible in the Outlook Ribbon. 2. On re-install, the settings button is still not responding. 3. My user is not in the office today so will try to reinstall into a new directory, and if this fails, will send the DEBUG logs in the next few days.
Thanks for your help.
