#4274 - SuiteCRM outlook plugin v4 doesn't work

After following all the steps in the installation guide i get the following message in outlook:

Plug-in error

This add-in could not be started. Close this dialog to ignore the problem or click Restart to try again

I am using outlook 365, and suitecrm is running on a vpn connection.

    This error generally points towards connectivity issues between Outlook and SuiteCRM. Can you access SuiteCRM from a browser on the same computer as you have Outlook running? If so, can you also access the V8 API endpoint at http://{{IP ADDRESS}}/{{Your Instance}}/Api/access_token , what is returned in your browser when visiting that url?
