Hello,

Our MDR analysts have flagged an activity on our “SuiteCRM Server” involving the renaming of a temporary file. Specifically, the file /var/www/html/prod/cache/modules/Employees/temp6rRQPh was renamed to /var/www/html/prod/cache/modules/Employees/Employeevardefs.php, which is located in the web server directory.

Could you please confirm if this behavior is expected as part of the normal operation of SuiteCRM, or should it be considered suspicious?

Any insights on whether this is routine caching or something that requires further investigation would be greatly appreciated.
