#2449 - Cant get the plug in to work

The problem: I can’t get the plug in to install on my computer. I keep getting the error message below. I have installed Visual Studio 2019 and the plug in still is giving me this error message.

"This application requires Visual Studio 2010 Tools for office run time"

    Hi there,

    We haven't seen such a error message before however if I follow that URL it does provide a downloadable package.
