I am unable to create accounts and contacts from outlook to suitecrm. Please do the needful for the same.

    Hi There,

    Did you have a look at our User Guide on how to sync up Contacts. Contacts are created on the CRM (and vice versa) if you have your Sync set up via the Plugin's settings page.
