#2613 - Outlook plugin fail on test - Authentication Failed
I have tried both a existing user and created a new user, but both fail when I try to configure the outlook plugin. Tried both http:// and https:// in the URL field.

I kan only Insert Image Hyperlink. Where could I send the screenshot?
And the only thing the error says is: Authentication Failed

Hi there, you've said you covered a few already, but please check the following; URL is correct, and you are correctly using HTTPS or HTTP Username is valid Password is correct Access to the CRM is achievable via a browser
Otherwise could you please provide a copy of your logs to outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com with reference to this ticket number
