#1341 - Outlook Plugin Message Body Blank
Messages containing HTML are being Stripped of the entire body upon archive into SuiteCRM.
This is not happening to all messages. I have not been able to see anything in the SuiteCRM log, PHP log or the addin log that would indicate anything is wrong.

Is it possible if we could ask you to send your Outlook DEBUG logs (logs set at DEBUG level) while replicating the issue to our support email address outlook[at]salesagility[dot]com referencing this Ticket #1341. If you could also include what PHP version you are running off of, that would be much appreciated and we'll investigate.
I do however think this is more likely to be an issue on the CRM side than the Outlook plugin side. Are you seeing the same thing with emails not archived by the plugin?
