Official SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin

This feedback pertains to SuiteCRM-Outlook Version 3.0.11: I have tested the plug-in under the following scenarios: - Office 2010 32 bit version on Windows 10 - Office 2016 32 bit version on Windows 10 with Office 365 subscription.

The above scenarios were tested on two different hardware platforms (PCs). Feedback on the plug-in behaviour is as follows: - Both Outlook 2010 and 2016 slow start-up (on 2 different PCs.)
- Both Outlook 2010 and 2016 consumes approximately 45% - 70% CPU during start-up - Start-up time for Outlook 2010 approx 2-3 minutes.
- Start-up time for Outlook 2016 approx 1-2 minutes. - Once finally open, both Outlook 2010 and 2016 continually consume approximately 35-40% CPU. - The above high CPU consumption severely degrades Outlook 2010 mouse and keyboard response times to 10-15 seconds delay. - NO Mouse and keyboard response degradation on Outlook 2016 during normal use, but CPU consumption constantly at approx 30% - Continuous high CPU consumption puts severe burden on PC making the plug-in unusable. - After disabling the plug-in in both Outlook 2010 and 2016, the high CPU disappears.
