#1204 - Unable to connect to SuiteCRM (403)

Hi supportteam,
I've installed the OutlookPlugin, but I get the following error : Unable to connect to SuiteCRM. Der Remoteserer hat einen Fehler zurückgegben: (403) Unzuläsig.
I am using the same username , url etc. to log on.
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Outlook 2010 32-bit. Suite CRM Verison 7.10.5, php7.1-fpm,
accesslog nginX: - - [11/Jun/2018:15:08:27 +0200] "GET /service/v4_1/rest.php HTTP/1.1" 403 318 "-" "-"
any ideas?

    Looks like a permissions issue with the API. It could also be PHP7 which the latest version of both SuiteCRM and Add-on resolves.
